How can I update my account information?

All of your account information can be accessed and easily changed. Head to the bottom of any page of CardRunners and click the My Account link to edit all of your account details.

 

 

How do I recover a lost or forgotten password?

By using the Change Password link Under the Accounts heading at the bottom of the page while logged into CardRunners.

 

 

How can I change my billing information?

There is an Edit Billing link on the bottom left hand side of each section within CardRunners. You can make all the necessary changes there.

 

 

Can I change my account ID?

No, you cannot change your ID at any time.

 

 

Can I log on to CardRunners from two computers at the same time?

No, you cannot. When you log on to your CardRunners account from a second computer, you will be automatically logged off anywhere else you were signed in.

 

 

Can I share my account with a friend?

CardRunners monitors all accounts for this sort of activity. If you are found to be sharing an account, your account will be closed and no refund will be issued (per our User Agreement).

 

 

What payment options do you offer?

You can pay via credit card, PayPal, and Moneybookers. For information on these methods of payment, please email support@cardrunners.com. You also have the option of earning a free membership through Truly Free Poker Training or by signing up for rakeback through FastRakeback and CardRunners.

 

 

How can I cancel my account?

Members may cancel their account by either calling 312-436-0042 between 9am and 5pm Central Standard Time (GMT-6) or by emailing support@cardrunners.com from the email address associated with their CardRunners account. Please call or email at least 48 hours before your desired cancellation date as your request may take some time to process.

 

 

I already paid the signup fee once but let my membership lapse. Do I have to pay it again?

If your account has not been an active Gold level account in the last 120 days, you must pay the fee again. If it has been less than 120 days, we will waive the fee for you if you email support@cardrunners.com and make that request. Please note that we will only waive the fee one time before you must pay it again. If your account has been inactive for fewer than 14 days you will not have to pay the fee under any circumstance (even if it has previously been waived).

 

 

How many videos does CardRunners release per week? How many do you have in your library?

Currently we release between 9-10 videos every week and have more than 1700 in our archives.

 

 

What time do videos get posted?

We nearly always them posted by 12:00am (midnight) Central Standard Time (GMT-6).

 

 

Can I download videos to my computer?

All of our videos are downloadable to your computer if you are a Gold level member using Windows (Adobe Flash streaming is the only viewing option available for Mac OS X users). Depending on your bandwidth speed, they could take anywhere from five minutes to an hour to download. Once the download is complete, you will be asked by Windows Media Player to obtain a license. To do so, simply enter your CardRunners username and password and press the play button at the bottom of the window.

 

 

How long will I be able to watch a video once it is downloaded?

You can access a video offline for 14 days before you are asked to renew the license – which you need an active Gold level subscription to do.

 

 

Can I watch videos on a Mac or Linux?

Late model Apple computers running Windows can download and view videos in Windows Media Player 11 like any other machine. All other operating systems (Linux, Mac OS X, etc.) may stream videos using Adobe Flash.

 

 

Can I watch videos on my iPod or MP3 player?

We offer a select few videos that you can do this with. Most of our videos are not compatible with any handheld media player.

 

 

Can I burn videos to a DVD?

No, our copyright protection software prohibits this practice.

 

 

Can I submit a video to be reviewed by a pro?
