I get my fair share of such requests and I always follow up. I was fully expecting to see someone who played 30K hands at 5NL and then 2K hands of runbad at 10NL. Even though it's my policy to not offer coaching I still generally offer people some guidance or point them in what I think is the right direction (ex: Read this and that, watch this and that). So I get to the guy's page and see this:
As I scrolled down to see both the sample size and the winrate, I was instantly intrigued and decided that this deserves a follow up. I showed this to Matt Doran and his reaction was similar to mine - a mixture of respect and dismay.
That said, let me know if you have any questions about Adam - I sure had plenty :)
