Winning ways

Its been a while since my last (and only) post. I have not been playing much apart from this week - I've been running pretty bad getting stacked to a 2 outer with 1 card to come, and stuff like that - but still managed to make a decent profit. So overall I am pretty happy. My stats were pretty aggressive as I had some good reads on other players, and they were playing so transparent.

Two noteable hands in particular, where my opponent failed to remember (or even realise) that, at this particular session, i decided to play suited connectors/normal connectors particularly aggressive on the button. And as a result, he overplayed his high pocket pairs, which i read he had, and ended up stacking him twice.

Ill probably do a monthly post or something as it would be more interesting to summarise my monthly progress, rather than my daily progress - as i don't get to play every day.

Losing start

Its been my first time back playing poker for a while. Although i won a few good hands, i was getting sucked out big time. Quite damaging to your confidence when stuff like this happens:

1) http://www.pokerhand.org/?1670233

2) http://www.pokerhand.org/?1670245

A few hands which I won:

4) http://www.pokerhand.org/?1670213

I've decided to have a few days off to calm down and relax. Although the big loss was my fault for playing with my entire bankroll as one single buy-in, even though i got VERY unlucky...

Any comments please post away. (I know playing with entire bankroll in one buy-in was dumb but i thought i had a slight edge over some of the loose players, and with calls like 1) can you blame me?)
