I haven't written in this thing in forever, but I think I'm going to bring it back.

The main reason is that I want to start doing some coaching. I have been told by a few people that I talk poker with, that I would be good at coaching, and I've been meaning to do it for a while, so I'm going to give it a shot. I have been a solid winner winner up to 200nl (400nl crushes my soul atm) for several years now, and I have several years of experience teaching college courses. I mainly play FR on FTP as SchluckyNutz, and sprinkle in a little 6-max here and there.

I'm looking to start with 1-3 students who want coaching for 25-50nl.

A big reason I want to get some students going is that I think it will help me imporve my game. Given that, and that I'm new to coaching, I will be charging a pretty reasonable rate. PM for details.

In other news, I had a pretty terrible run at 400nl a few weeks ago, so I decided to gather myself at 50nl for the month of April. I have challenged myself to make $3k just playing 50nl this month. I know that this is not some crazy feat, but it should be fairly challenging for me since I don't play a lot of volume (usually 20-30k hands/month). Anyway, I'll try to update my progress as I go along.
