After being away from the games for seemingly almost a year, I'm having another go at "poker stardom". I've started with around a 200$ bankroll playing 25nl, a bit irresponsable but definitely fine since I could always reload if need be. I'm now up a bit under 2k in 2 months and looking to move up to 100nl in the upcoming weeks. I started playing 4 tables, doing okayish, I then moved to 9 and quickly 12 tables where I ran pretty hot for about 30k hands, I then hit an 8 buy-in downswing session and have decided to cut back down to playing 6 tables.
Funny enough my red line has gone from going up (playing 4 tables) to going down (while 9 and 12 tabling) and now back up when 6 tabling. In other words I think the quality of my play is greatly affected by the number of tables I play. I'm no nanonoko *sigh*
Overall I'm pretty happy with my play thus far. I definitely have a renewed interest for the game, and I'm trying out lots of different line that I hadn't considered before. Area I have to work and think about right now is flatting out of the blinds, IP flatting 3 bet, OOP 3 bet play with ini, floating vs raising on different texture board, checking as the pf raiser/cr flop as the pfr...
