Wow I can't actually believe this day has come. I'm packing up my belongings and moving to Vegas. This is my 1st blog since 2008. Its super funny and interesting reading my last blog entry because i was talking about how i was thinking of taking time off from school. Keep in mind @ the time i was only playing 50nl so it just sounded crazy. Glad things worked out and im on my way to vegas. I'm definately gonna start writing in here more with updates and post session analysis. I currently play 100nlhu - 600nlhu. Thats all for now.

Long week...

Ok. So poker has completely ruined this semester of school. Which kind of bothers me but sorta not. I play so much live and online that I just can't keep up with school. It sucks but o well im taking next year off to focus on live tourneys and online cash games. This week has been crazy at the felt as well. I've made so many deep runs in MTT's with no victories its sick. Best finish came today for 4th $700. Shippp ittt. RAMBLING BAD BEAT ALERT: Two nights ago with 88 players remaining in 32k guranteed on FT I had 32k in chips...25k was chip avg. I had playing roughly 2020 for the past few orbits and this situation comes up..folded to me OTB and I open AJdd. the SB 3bets me some wierd amount and instantly i get the feeling like hes makign a move..So i tank down and shove and HE INSTA CALLS! Fuck what did i do..He shows up wiht A2o hahahah..Yup you know it a 2 spikes ftw and i punch a whole in the wall. That pot would have put me in top 3 in chips! so sick how he insta called. Anyways played only like 250 hands of 50nl this week and won a buyin..WOot WoOt...been trying to win some dough with Mtt's because they are insanely soft on FT. Going back to cash fulltime soon though ; ) i miss it sick of being a shovebot. Hope you enjoyed what you've read! comments welcome.

May teh flops be with you.

ahhh BLOG!

ok..so i figured i might as well...you know jump on the bandwagon and create a blog. Well to start off I live in Minnesota and attend college fulltime. i play poker more than i sleep. I started playing a year ago at a local pub. Every friday they have $10 buyin tourneys that usually have 35-50 players. I took second in my very first tournament ever...looking back i was terrible but very tight and only played solid cards. So i basically went to the book store and literally but five poker books and had them all read and re-read within a few months or so. I continued on crushing these pub tourneys from the get go...very easy(old people) and calling stations. I played these for five months or so every friday..In the past few months i have just started playing casino tourneys ranging from $100-200 buyins. So far i have won two and taken a few thirds and so on....These tourneys are just filled with fish its unbelievable....So i joined cardrunners two months ago because i wanted to learn cash game play because i figured it would make me a better post flop player..I started with 25nl and grinded it out for the month of Feb and ended up +350. Felt like a waste of time put it like 20k hands or so. So basically got bored with it and tried some 45man sng's on Full tilt. Wow oh wow are those profitable. I think im gonna go back to cash games for the rest of the month though..take a shot at 50nl fo shizzle. dont know what else to say...well thats it for now folks Hope you enjoyed my story thus far : )

ps. Tonight I took second in a 24+2 MTT for $1,300 WEEEEEEEEEE
