Spinning My Wheels

I've played another couple thousand hands since yesterday, and I'm down about $10. It always frustrating to be starting to get a little bit of momentum going then you lose a big pot, but such is life.

Here is a hand that I found fairly interesting, if anyone would like to give some info its welcome.
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Hero [Th Ts]
UTG folds
UTG+1 raises to $0.85
Button calls $0.85
Hero calls $0.75
Big Blind adds $0.25
Big Blind folds
*** FLOP *** [2h Td 8c]
Hero checks
UTG+1 bets $1.80
Button calls $1.80
Hero calls $1.80
*** TURN *** [2h Td 8c] [Ad]
Hero checks
UTG+1 checks
Button checks
*** RIVER *** [2h Td 8c Ad] [7d]
Hero bets $4.50
UTG+1 folds
Button has 15 seconds left to act
Button has requested TIME
Button raises to $20
Hero call $15.50

UTG+1 is playing 19/19
Button is playing 21/15
No reads or notes on either.

Pf I think squeezing might have been alright, but given the fact that the initial raiser is so tight I think i like flatting better. I was planning on check raising the turn since it was such a dry flop (a flop c/r might have been a better play), and I thought that ace was going to guarantee a bet from one of the two but it didn't happen. Anyways is making this call spew? What kind of hands is he raising here? In my experience playing this level players don't make raises this big unless their holdings are very strong, but let me know what your thoughts are. Thanks!

Day 2

So I stayed home from work yesterday cause it snowed another foot and I'm super lazy and didn't want to go in. I ended up playing I would say something like 2500 hands between 6 max and full ring. The six max went pretty well I think I made about 4 buyins with no real hang ups. Most of this came from one poor individual where within about 15 hands I stacked him with my set vs his oesfd, then aipf my AA vs his 1010, in this spot I shoved over when someone 3 bet and he flat called the 3 bet, I normally don't take this line but I think if I had 4 bet to normal amount he would have folded, and finally my 99 vs his AxKd on a A93 all diamond flop and I held. Full ring on the other hand didn't go so well where I dropped 2 buyins, most of this was one big hand where I had top set and he hit his straight on the river, and the rest is pretty much raising kk or qq and having an ace flop then facing aggression, or have ak and have a 976 flush flop and I have to fold.
Overall however things have been going very well, I made some adjustments most of which pertain to tightening up preflop. Last time I played I was playing something like 27/22 and ended up having something around a 5ptbb win rate over 75k hand sample. Ive now been playing a lot closer to a 19/16 or so style and am liking it a lot better. I've also upped my pf aggression in certain areas and toned it down in others, same with a lot of post flop situations. Anyways I'll have to go into that another day.

First Blog

So this would be my first post, I'm going to try to update this everyday or at least every other day. I think it would be a good way to reflect and get perspective on my poker game. I'm starting out at nl25 on fulltilt, I've played this level many times before and am a solid winner, but I had to withdraw so I'm starting over. The last time I ran my bankroll up and started playing nl50 it went pretty bad, so I'm going to try to make some adjustments. Anyways I'll be 9 tabling 6 max and 16 tabling 9 max for about 100k hands, I'll keep this updated. Thanks for reading!
