i went over to Turning Stone Casino the other night in Verona, ny where i live and decided to play alittle holdem. i sat at eh 500 table where the blinds are 5/5 and i pretty much played tight the whole night, picking spots and playing BOOK holdem. well......i ran into a really , REALLY sick hand.. its 6 handed and its 4am... i get 76heats on the BB ... button raises to 25 the SB calls and i call..... flop- 8 9 10 hearts.....WOW... i flop straight flush!...sick....both guys are sitting on about 900 each ,....this is looking great, SB comes out and bets 50 ...... i call, of course....button calls too, at this point im not putting anyone on a hand , cause i have suck a strong hand im think of a way just to maximize my potential on this hand...turn is the ACE clubs....SB bets again..theres about 225 int he pot and he bets 125..... i just call. button calls too... at this point theres now 600 in the pot and im thinking a set for one and a ACE high flush draw for hte other or maybe two pair... im confused as hell now....river comes out and put sthe Queen hearts out here.... so now if someone was on a ACE high heart draw they got it and im getting paid off.... well.... the SB checks i push all in and the button insta calls , the SB folds, i show striaht flush ... Button shows ACE J hearts, he fuckn rivered a queen to make a higher straiht flush and let me tell u i was steaming..... i mean how else could the hand go down.... he flops the nut flush with a gut shot straight flush draw, i flop the straight flush ......sick... later i found out the SB had a set...i guess all the money is getting in on that hand regardless of the action..... sick beat.... and the guy had the nerve to jump around and start yelling " its all about the outs"..no class at all...not only does he hit a 1 outer on me, he rubs in to boot.....some players just dont know how to respect the game and this drives me crazy.........id like to hear more bad beat stories from u guys to make me feel alittle better, but im not sure thats going to work after that hand.............................................errrrrrrrrrrr.....DONKEYS!

poker is a very funny game, i mean, i cant tell u how many times ive had someone ALL IN with 3 outs to go and these DONKS spike there card on the river.... i used to think poker was fun, not anymore, its a WAR out there, and im coming full strong, everyone watch out! when i first started playing this game i used to go around and try to reel in all the fish , scout N them out, waiting, and then pouncing like a tiger... not anymore, i look for big players in the game and play sooooooooooooo erratic , they cant get a handle on it , and by the time they realize it , there broke!...one thing i do know is if u wait to long grinding it out, u will be 80 years old playing for quarters , right back where u started ....not me, i took a loan out for 50,000 and invested in some tourneys and cash games, now im in the 7 digit range and lovN it...for allu suckers and wanta bee's ....look for me at the tables!..............................................................i will felt you!
