"I don't really tilt where I just shove all in anymore, but I do tilt where I start to get foggy in the head if I have played to long or am not focused. I will be playing and going through the motions but not really thinking about my play. I think this is the worst kind of tilt because its hard to identify." - Brian Townsend
I play this way far too often. I need to establish a pattern to analyzing each decision and not fall into this alternative tilt category.
Along with this, I need to always go into a session with a positive attitude. Forget running bad last session, this whole week, and entire month, etc...know that all decisions that will present themselves to you will have an answer that I CAN find; there are pots i will win, there are sessions I will crush, I will make good decisions and have positive results...I am moving forward in my game!
