I have ran good the past weeki n PLO! I have been playing a little different and just flat calling some big wrap draws in position and CR big draws OOP. It has been working out ok and the variance has been way down this week, so a lot less stress with not running good in all in pots on the flop. I am running so cold right now...i understand people go thru cold streaks but wow. I have taken a few days of came back ran horrible...took more days off came back ran even worse. I am running so bad in allin situations i am in aww. Here are the stats for the past couple weeks. I don't mind being cold but wow i have never lost this many all in spots ever. I am losing my 90% favs like i was the underdog. I guess i am gonna stick to hold em for a bit or play some limit omaha hi/lo because i am sick of plo right now

I played a lot of omaha today and didn't do to well. I tilled in a couple pots and lost probley 2 BI that i shouldn't have, but after that i really screwed down and played good and lost some tough spots. It is funny because you know what not to do but you are a little heated and you stick the money in when you are behind. I lost about 5.5 BI today, so i didn't run to well today. Other than tilting those couple pots and going on semi tilt i really got on the ball and played some great omaha. It is getting late and i need to get some sleep and focus on playing some great poker tomorrow.

I have been playing a little of low stakes nl lately because i have been testing out opening up alot more in position. I have noticed it has really has effected the whole table and they really start playing back at me. I have played about 2400 hand and down a little bit overall, but i think i have gotten unlucky in a few spots. I am running at 29 VP$IP and 25% PFR. It is a lot different then what i am used to because i usually run arbout 22/18. Here are my stats for NLHE for the day:

Today was crazy because i got donked on right away in my session and was down about 4.5 BI. I felt a little tilted but told myself to stay cool and just play tighter right now and wait for some big hands and one of these guys are gonna pay me off. I finally hit a couple big hands and the rest was history. Here are the stats for the day:

www.pokerhand.org/ - on the flop i said i am calling his push if the other guy folds and folding if other guy calls(hope someone can give me some feedback on this hand if i played it alright).

I just had one of those days in PLO where everything i did seemed to work. I think i only got caught bluffing a couple times. I still think i need to open my hands up a little more in position and put presure on the limpers and get them to play big pots out of position, but it always seems like my luck is when i am in the CO i have the loose guy on the button who sees like 70% of the flops and that cramps me from raising sometimes. When i do raise so marginal holdings he calls and i am thinking you know better than to raise because he is gonna call.

www.pokerhand.org/ - got lucky on the turn, min raise smells like a T but i peeled to spike a J if not i fold

www.pokerhand.org/ - Standard r-r on the button with AAxx and jam the flop and hope no one calls with a str8 or flush when i have top set

www.pokerhand.org/ - Sick bluff i did on the river, but how he snap called two street and leads weak on river makes me think he has a flush and wasn't sure if he would fold the river, but i did it for info to see if he is capable of laying down a flush and if not just only do it with the nuts against him next time.

www.pokerhand.org/ - tried a bluff here didn't think he would call this river bet...i thought he had a weak Ace type and and i thought i could run a big bluff on river when the str8 card hit and get him to lay down a two pair type hand

www.pokerhand.org/ - me trying to get aggro here and there pre with a marginal hand...i raised his weak donk lead on the turn try and move him off a marginal hand and pretty much check the river and hope my hand was good.

I ran pretty good today, but seems like i played really like a nit today. It could be that i really didn't get any hands to play, but the hands i did get i got a lot of action on. I have been working on getting my VP$IP up to 25 or above and my PFR up to around 15-18. So far after 4,700 hand this month i am running at VP$IP 22.68 and PFR 13.48.

So far my year has been going pretty slow. I have been really trying to work on my plo game. I mosty have been working on 1/2 plo. I have been taking shots at the 2/4 and evertime i take shot i get out luckboxed. The swings are just so massive that it gives me headaches, so i am not gonna take a shot at the 2/4 untill i am 60-70 buyins deep for it.
