Been playing PLO for a living for about 1 1/2 years. Of course , the ups and downs are hard to deal with with. That is the main reason for this blog, to let others know, full time players, have ups and downs too. Its a tough way, to make an easy living. I play any stakes from 1/2 to 50/100, depending on my mood, the game , and my swing im on. I recently had a incredible 70k upswing in like 12 days, only to lose 1/2 it back over a 2 week period. Then a 3 week even period followed.After i won that money, I dont think i played very well.

I then told myself, im going to play well every day this month, and my goal was 2k a day on average(which i never did for a calender month). Well im on almost a 1k per day pace and playing pretty well and consistant. I play most sites , which doesnt really seem to matter. Mostly UB and FullTilt right now.(playing 2/4-10/25 daily). Cash tables is where i do my work, thats were the money is.I pretty much play 6+ hours a day, up to 12-16 when i feel like it.

Playing a bit late tonight , theres a nice 5/10 table going on Full Tilt, dont want to leave til my target does. Was down 1k early on Ultimatebet. Seems like every other pot, got a set flopped on me. So I took a break and got my ironman bonus work done on fulltilt. But was hovering 1k -1 1/2k out for the day. A bit ltr, got on a 10/25 plo table on Ultimate bet. Very loose and aggresive play. I got unstuck, and had a $500 profit going for the day when i got off . But, of course that wont last ,lol. That brings me to where a am now, i bought in for 1k on this 5/10 table and proceed to get cold decked and reload for $800 more. But then , i get in a pot with my target. I flop top set with 2 3 6 and I pot bet on the button, to my liking, my target(table donk) smoothcalls my $140 bet. Fate was on my side here, turn is a 3, for top boat for me. Tabledonk, bets out pot, representing a boat : ), he only had a fl draw. So i win a nice $2100 pot. So i sit at $800 up for the day, and a nice table and nice stack . Amazing how much more awake I feel.Well, with a little more help from my budy. I am approaching 2k up for the day and again, thinking how great life is.
