So i have played exactly one hour of 16 tabling 50nl. Before I list any results i have to say that playing this many tables is so friggin fun to me. Idk its just like a challenge or something, but I really enjoy it. (I also like have aces ever other minute).

I was playing an obv very tight 13-10 style over the hour

i got in 1570 hands

Made $121.45--Which i must note is quite good because i ran my kings into aces preflop and lost a buy in all three times it happened.

Total rake was 53 bucks which equals about 14 dollars and hour rakeback

obviously this is all subject to a little change, but I think generally this should stay pretty accurate. Im going to play a couple more hours, ill update this evening

Recently I have been really going over Poker Tracker stats and what not after playing a wide variety of limits lately, totalling about 20k hands. I played from 50nl all the way to 600nl trying to see where the most profitable games are. I tried to play about 5k hands at each limit. I dont know if I was just running bad or what but 100nl proved to be my worst game. It was the only limit that I was in the red with losing about ten BI's. My style suits the higher limits a little better, and my reads of my opponents ranges is a little off at 100nl.

SO...I emailed FTP and got them to let me play more than 8 tables. My new experiement for the next 20k hands will be to 16 table 50nl. I would do this at 200nl, but I want to see how it goes first at this limit first. I was actually making ~98 bucks an hour playing 6 tables of 50nl when I played the 5k hands there earlier, so I think that with all the extra rakeback and what have you Ill make a pretty nice return there. After I get used to playing that many tables again Ill jump back to 200nl where I feel most at home (Im skipping 100nl cuz frankly im plain scared of those guys;)) Obv I will lose some value in a lot of spots playing this many tables, but im very quick on my feet and i have two 24in LCD monitors (i still need to post some pics) so that makes it fairly easy. For whatever reason I get played back at a ton, I think because my tag is Daddy Nasty people just assume im playing "nasty" and i'm usually about to get good value from my bigger hands.

I have a lot of goals in poker and I have a lot of confidence in my game. I dont know why I havent permanently ventured into the bigger games. I guess I feel like I can make what I need without the high variance at the stakes im playing. However, I feel like ill be frequenting the 400nl-1000nl games by the end of the summer. I already have a ton of experiece at those games, but I'm a bit under rolled for them in my opinion at this very second. Mostly because I have the big part of my roll invested in various things (this turned out to be a wise decision for me, however its going to be a bitch when tax time rolls around next april).

Anyways ill start the 16 table thing in the morning. I had to self exclude myself from FT for 24 hours so I would study for finals...I know im preaching to the chior, but poker and school where not made to go hand in hand... Ill try to play a ton of hands tomorrow and let you know if my winrate is what I hope it will be. Have a good night.

I drove home last night and went turkey hunting with my grandfather this morning. Hunting is something ive kind of always done for fun, (no im not a redneck), but I really enjoy being outdoors hunting and fishing. Its really a great escape and release. The morning and getting to see the sunrise really is the best part of the day, and its something i hardly ever get to experience anymore.

Last night I played some deep stack 1.5-3nl. It was pretty fun actually, i was stuck about 900 at first but actually finished up 800 after the game got to heads up and the guy wouldn't give me credit for anything. Ive actually been pretty impressed with my HU game lately, I feel like im grasping a lot of the deeper concepts well thanks to the vids cts and taylor have made.

I'm going to take a nap after being up so early, ill put in a sesh later.

Wow. It has been a while since I have been able to post, however I have only been back in the poker community for the last three days. I played the first 12 days of the month( and walked on water for those days) then was forced to shut down operations due to school priorities that poker was not allowing me to pursue. I had made about 8k for the month playing those 12 days playing 1-2nl, which explains how well i was running, I had also made like 1k from rake back. I think i had a graph posted below that showed the beginning of the upswing.

Now for recent activity...

I finished all of my school obligations and did very well on them, the Baylor Business school is not very easy:). It was fairly easy for me to immediately stop cards for the week and a half or so just because i was running well and i figured i was due for a downswing anyway. So I have played the last three days, mostly at 100nl because I wanted to get my groove back before I played my more reg games. I made like 1k over 3k hands or so...meh. However, last night I had the itch to play HU and decided to play 400nl. I played one guy F4Zi, and made 2400 off of him. He told me how he was on an 80k downswing, so if you read this bro, my best of luck wishes to you. Looks like im still running well anyway, I have really been focusing of playing loose, but getting it in as a fav. Seems to be working well with the fish that I play with. No real hands to report on and I dont have a graph to post because PT three required some package update that really screwed up my progam. i have been using PT2 of late, which is nice because i have my PAHUD again. I had forgotten how much that helps.

Whats up guys-

I didn't get to play much this weekend because i went home to see my family and all i had was my laptop. I played some omaha just for a change of scenery, but that didn't go that great. I still have a lot of things I need to pick up on in order to be really successful in that game.

Yesterday, however, I played all freaking day. I played about 6k hands at 2-4nl and ended up about 1.5k and i played about 4k hands at 1-2 and ended up down like 800 or something. Most of that was lost to SilentAssassin3 who im assuming was making a vid at my tables and was walking on water against me. Oh well, if it does turn out to be a vid you will see what i mean.

Sundays on FT seem to be very soft at the 2-4 tables. Idk why, but most of the fish are playing at that limit it seems. However, the 1-2 games were playing very solid. Anyone taking a shot at that limit on a sunday would be out of thier mind, but maybe it was just the given day. it was my first sunday on FT so idk. I'm looking to get into the 2-4 games strictly over the next week. I just need to get my BR to a more comfortable position, I dont really enjoy playing a limit without 50 BI's but i'm almost there so we'll see how that goes.

This month has started off well. Ive played 7k hands the last two days and after a very swingy yesterday, I have started to show a very nice profit for the month. Obv this is subject to change at any time, but I made some major changes to my game today that I feel like would help me against the FT regs and the chart shows the rest. Hopefully i was start to actually run better and not just have to play better, but only time will tell that.

This may be old news to some, but I freaking love the auto top off on full tilt. That is a dream come true for multi tablers. I wish stars would have had it when i was playing so many more tables. Oh well, its just nice to have. My graph is posted below, i dont plan on posting this too regularly, but since im new to the blogging world I figured i would show you guys..

I have recently played my first couple of sessions at FT. They all went well were i posted some smallish wins, but thats fine since I'm getting used to the competition, which is have to say, is very loose aggro. I feel like im sitting at tables full of CR members, which is fine. I'm going to have to take the thinking to the next level though, which i feel like I can do pretty well so we'll see how it goes. I have some really interesting hands saved, but my poker tracker is being gay so ill post them when i get a chance...

On that note, does anyone have any clue when they are going to merge the PAHUD with PT3? I havent been able to use my HUD in forever because I have a new computer and all I could download was PT3. I know the site gives a general timeframe of when everything should come out, I was just wondering if anyone knew anything more exact.

Talked to Full Tilt and the only way I can move enough money over is by cash transfer so tomorrow I will finally get to play again. They said the max i can move is 5k a week though, so that will keep the range of the games i can play down for a while, but thats fine.

I drove to denton this weekend to see my gf, then we drove up to Winstar casino Friday night. She really likes to watch me play so I decided to play some live. There are usually some pretty good games up there. I played a couple of hours at a 2-5nl table while i waited for a spot to open up at the 5-10nl. Lauren, (the gf) started not feeling well and it started getting late so I didn't get to play the 5-10 but I made close to a buy in at the 2-5 so it was a fun night to just relax and play cards for fun.

HOWEVER

I'm so glad i dont play live for a living. First of all only playing one table and only getting to see 25-30 hands an hour about kills me. Also I'm just not a big fan of the casino scene, and to be honest I dont really enjoy being around most players. Everyone thinks they know everything about the game and they just arent that fun to be around while you are stacking them constantly. Oh well, Ill go with multi tabling while watching tv listening to music and playing with my dog anyday. And to all the live players out there, have fun getting fat!:)

One tought about my previous post...I mentioned that I liked to play 10k hands a day. I should have clarified. That was on Stars where I was playing 20+ tables. After reading some full tilt stuff I realized taht wont be possible with the 8 table max. I actually think that focusing on only 8 tables will actually help my win rate so im excited for the change.
