Hey guys I should probably introduce myself before i start showing graphs, discussing hands, etc. I am 21 years old, I am from florida, and I am currently attending FSU as an economics major. Ive been playing poker for the past two years. I started out on pacfic and played low limit mtts and did quite well. I wish I knew of party back then, since every says it was such a gold mine. I recently switched from NHLE to PLO08. The reason for the switch is I dont think I have quite an edge on the players in NHLE like I do in PLO08. I dont play professionally but I do treat this as my job. I have bustoed my rroll numerous times going on monkey tilt. I also like to get drunk and play poker, which is never profitable for me. I get drunk and start playing a $2 heads up match, get coolered or loose to a bad beat and immediately jump into a 5 10 game. I dont do this anymore because waking up and realizing you lost 2k because you were a drunken fool is not fun. I hope to achieve a steady winrate at the limits I am playing at. I would ultimately like to play a few WSOP events, hopefully being backed in the PLO08 events.(since 1500 is alot to me). Anyways it looks like i had 72 views, which is pretty exciting... I see myself catching townsend in no time. Since sunday i have Played around 3k hands and did pretty decent. I am set a goal with my buddy who also plays online poker for a 5k month. I think I could easily make 10k if I continue to play as many hands and continue to run well. I am well on my way to achieving the 5k month, the 10k will take alot of work.

Here are a few hands I played yesterday

Heres how you dont play the nuts in plo08

I was playing 6 tables at the time, and honestly did not realize the other guy was so deepstacked. What I should have done was flat turn, and hopefully villian would have checked it down or potted and then I most likely would have folded. So yeah that hand definilty hurt... biggest pot Ive played all month.

This hand was vs a very tight solid player who I kept bluffing. I bluffed him numerous times, and kept showing, but this was the biggest bluff i made vs him. This hand helped me get paid off later in this game.

I am not exactly sure what villian was thinking, but I bluffed him numerous times before and played every bluff exactly like i played this one. Anyways he paid me off, and after this hand immediately quit. I dont blame him because I could honestly have air here or have the nuts. I think he was just fed up.

This was the biggest pot I won. I got paid off by a lower flush. I was not folding this on the turn because I had a decent amout of outs for the nuts.

I dont feel like going over this post and checking grammer/spelling etc. So I am sure there are many mistakes but hopefully you enjoyed what you read. I am not really sure what else to post about, leave a comment if you want me talk hands in more detail, post more graphs, bullshit about fsu.
