I tilt away my money

so i turned all of my tournament winnings and then some into a $500 check and 1000$ left in my BankRoll... Its hard taking big hits to your bank roll like this, and the worst thing I hate about it is dropping to 50NL and maybe even 25NL, I seem to suck extremely bad at 50NL, or I just run extremely bad at it.... but I do believe I know what all of my leaks are in my game for the most part, its all my postflop play (i spew chips mad without absolute nuts) and I have a problem with TilT, when i tilt i spew more and more chips... Poker is tought, life is tough, im going to have to find some even ground, becasue i feel the only way to be successfull here is to find a good balance between life and poker, that way i can play poker with out any emotional upsets, since my game changes... I also need to find a way to deal with my Tilt.

I guess I can still play poker

So, the other day I was down to my last 50$

I had lost about 2k in a matter of a month and a half... The first 1k went away real quick and the second thousand gradually got lower and lower, mainly because I was playing MTTs to try and get my bank roll back... Probably not the smartest idea. However I came second in a MTT on FTP for 3 3k and the night before got 12th in the 50-50 on FTP for 600$, so I now have a bankroll and can finally play .50/1$ again, and hopefully I can continue to do decent in these MTTs, although I have a lot to work on....
