So last night went well poker wise. I got frickin wasted afterwards though, whew. I was actually down at the begining of the day, starting to worry bout having another terrible Friday when I get stacked by this horrendous donkey. We wind up sparring for a while, here goes the battle.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2272618">Hand 1: Here, its early on in the session, I have seen this guy for I dunno 20 hands and his stats after 150 hands were 87/43. At this point there were mid 90's. I didn't give this guy credit for jack, I made a disgusting shove and like that, he stacked me.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2272633">Hand 2: Here, its a bit further on, I feel I've his range beat, his bet sizing is non consequential as he overbets everything, I overbet shoved all in figuring him to call with some trash. He actually called with a better hand, but like the nickle dime pro I am... I got there :)
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2272649">Hand 3: This hand was the largest hand I've won at 10NL. I have Kings and the flop is 443, I lead out and he overbet shoves AI. I tanked for a while here feeling that 4 to be in his range, but given our history already I felt he wouldn't play a 4 or 33 that way. I was correct, lolz...
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2272661">Hand 4: So play continues with him actually taking that buck fiddy or whatever I left him building it up to 11-15 bucks. This hand here, he gets a win on me where I'm just playing for image, hit a lil bit of nothing and call to be a donk before folding to his turn bet.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2272671">Hand 5: Another hand I play with him, I decided to just call knowing if I hit the flush he'd pay me off. He was just that kind of player that bets every scare card that comes. Unfortunately my card never fell and I helped him build up some more.
http://www.pokerhand.org/?2272683">Hand 6: Haha, game frickin over donkey. This hand is so typical of this guys playstyle, I had him pegged from about hand 2 on, he would play every scare card like he had the nutz when he only had some minor holding. In this case I put him on a 5 6 or 7, nothing more. I was wrong in that he had a 5 and a 6, but I was almost 100% he did not have me beat here. Thankfully I was correct in my read on this guy. This run of cards was some of the most satisfying poker I've ever played, I only hope you can appreciate it... :)
Anyways, hope ya enjoyed it half as much as I did.
I'll leave out with the same ol pt and ev stuff.
Take care,
