Havent been up to much lately. Mostly trying out different types playing styles to see which is the most profitable. I been mostly playing 300/600 play money during these experimentations. I found out that the people who play 300/600 stakes dont really mess around as much and actually try to do well. Also they still play pretty loose similar to some of the micro games on fulltilt. I learned about polarizing my 3bet range recently and it has worked wonders. People are perceiving me as a pre-flop manic and are calling me down with weaker hands. But it not exactly working perfectly because I have a tendency to hold on to my cards for way too long, and hate thinking that someone might be bluffing me. I am sure I'll adjust and perfect it soon enough. I also have been playing a lot of live poker, as I call it "variance free" poker. Most of the house games that I play at are mostly college kids, with the exception of a few, most of them are pretty bad. I started with $20 in my pocket a couple weeks ago, now I almost have $300. I played a 1/2 house game a last week and it was pretty intense. I played like a total nit cuz I was playing with scared money. I won about $100 in about 2 hrs of play...so not bad....being a nit that is.

Spring break is coming up, a couple of my friends and I are planning on a trip to AC for 3 days. I am gonna take my $300 up there and take a shot! Hope I'll find some rich old people to play with so they can just hand me some moneysssss. I don't really want to set a goal for how much I make cuz I'll get goal oriented and play bad. But I am hoping that I can make a profit of close to 1k so I can come back and put it online and start grinding 25NL regularly and take shots at 50NL from time to time.

In the past few weeks, my game has definately improve a lot because I been reading through 2+2 forums a lot and just picking up what ever information I can about poker. I have found a lot of leaks in my game that I have not noticed before. Here is what I got so far...

Leaks in my game:

- Over playing weak pocket pairs pre-flop AND post-flop

- Playing mediocre hands out of postion

- and of course, TIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILT. But I did notice that one of the big reasons that I go on tilt is mainly due to the fact of my poor playing such has the 2 leaks above. Getting bad beat doesn't really bother me anymore especially when I am play my hand right and get my money in right. I don't care if the FullTilt Gods decided to screw with me from time to time.

So hopefully a up SWONG will hit me tonight and continue into the AC trip.
