Wedding and New House Stuff

0

I haven't had alot to update about recently. I have been playing a good bit of poker and trying to keep drinking to a minimum (that statement is getting old). Shana and I have been looking at wedding vendors and new places to live, between the two my mornings are gone, poker in the afternoon to evenings, then some dinner and thats about all. Kinda like the poker robot thread here. I am chillen with friends today just having a beer at a local bar, and all I can think to talk about is either how I am finding cool photographers, dj's, etc. that will work with me on my wedding, or how I have been looking for a new house to "settle down in." What it really reminds me of is the first 30 seconds of this movie.

Not saying I hate what I have become, but I am beginning to enjoy alone time and scotch much earlier on in life than most men.

BTW the whole looking for a house to buy thing is way out the window. I am apparently too good at paying my taxes and mortgage brokers don't understand what it means to "live out of your business." They just look at what you "took in" (adjusted gross income) at the end of the year and pretty much immediately hang up on me. It's fine as I really didn't put alot of effort into saving up for a house anyways. I will actually use the next year to do just that. I will climb the ladder to be able to game select 25/50 games comfortably and hopefully by this time next year I can take a decent chunk of my bankroll out to just buy a house outright. Wish me luck on that.

On another note I lost a huge pot to Antonio Esfandiari at the Palomar. The game was playing huge (25/50 200 dead ante in the BB) and you can either say he is a huge station, or he owned me, either way I played the hand fine but walked away from the table looking like a total loser.

I will try to have more excitement for you next time. We have a drinking game competition coming up in 2 weeks that we will have to grab some footage from.
