shorty swing my way

0

this weekend has been an ok one for poker.

this morning (saturday) started off pretty lousy, i lost an all in pre with JJ vs a loose player who ended up having QQ.

i opened up 3 tables of 25nl and ran kinda avg, came out half a buyin down so i thought it was going to be one of those weekends again.

i managed to win it back and and a bit on top, so far for the day around lunchtime i was up about 80 bux.

about 40 hands later i started loosening up after i had created a tight image and have excellent fold equity.
i took advantage of this in position 8 out of 10 times, strangely nobody played back.
eventually one guy hopped on the table after i ko'd one and he started reraising me pre oop, i called his re raise and cbet the flop and double barrelled the turn, he folds.
alot of my double barrell bluffs were paying off, this put me up about $50 for the day which was ok because i lost 50 with the JJ to QQ hand so i won $100 in total to put me $50 up.

ive been playing well in the sng's except for two i did earlier where i just played ridiculously stupid.
i did a satellite tournament where you can qualify directly into FTOPS even 9, i came 11th unfortunetly.
considering i didnt need to rebuy through the entire tournament and managed to outplay alot of them, im still happy with 11th because i bombed out to a suckout, i was ahead pre and on the flop but my opponent caught trips.

theres always next time.

anyway, so far today for cash games im break even as at 9:30pm.
here is a a graph of how im doing so far this month;

be grinding again in a few hours.

good luck to all.
