ok ive finally given in and decided to make a blog on cr, so first a bit about me.

i started playing freerolls before i ever deposited, just to get some experence of online play as i just learnt the game.

6 months down the track, i deposited and was winning every so often but had no bankroll management at all.

i would drop 50-100 and play 50 nl or 100nl then cash out if i won.

poker was a hobby in 2006 - 2008 and became a source of income in May 08.

This is when i started to treat poker as a part time job, which i think is about when i joined Card Runners also.

Instantly, my game improved after few days of watching some videos and reading the forums, wow did i notice some major leaks in my game.

i started playing some sng's and 25nl after Rowe1985 stakes me (awesome guy).

we would discuss plays on msn (and still do) and few months down the track im showing a nice profit.

anyway, i was working my normal 9-5 job, coming home playing poker then spending some needed time with my fiancee when she finished her work.

Whilst at work on my breaks i would be reading material on poker, preparing for the night at hand.

After a few unfortunate events,in mid june after running exceptionally well, i start hitting a big downswing.

big hands getting beaten by river beats, trips losing to bigger trips, full houses losing to quads and so on.

this lasted 2-3 weeks in which time i spewed half of my role, so i cashed out.

i was probably a break even player when taking into account the massive tilt sessions, this is what made me break even.

if i actually listened to myself and stopped playing, i would be up a shit load.

so here i am, redepositing here n there on diff sites, winning money and cashing it out then hitting a downswing n cashing out to take a break.

i decide to try out ultimate bet where i strike gold, i had $200 on there and $540 on full tilt.

i had to provide I.d to ultimate bet in order to cashout or do player to player transfer which i was not happy about.

so i figured stuf it, i will take a shot and forget about bankroll management because the players seemed so bad.

i hopped onto 200NL ( i know i know stupid) and before i knew it my role was $600, i ended up moving 500 from UB to full tilt and left $100 on UB just to muck around with.

i went to do some 100NL heads up, i turned $100 into $1100 that week so i was extremely happy with myself.

i even got accused of "cheating" because i was and i quote " playing too perfectly", boy did i feel good heh.

the guy had said he thought i was part of the UB scandal and to enjoy his cashola, after that game i didnt bother playing on UB anymore and moved the $1100 onto full tilt.

i took out $300 or $400 and put it into my bank and here i am.

im finding my biggest problem is when i go on tilt from a suckout, it seems like these idiots are forever beating me with stupid hands they should not even be playing, at crown casino yesterday i stacked someone with top two pair vs his 8-4 offsuit, i have no idea what he was thinking but it put me on severe tilt all day and night.

i went online n lost few hundred but then won it back with a lil extra on top from a $30 and $55 SnG so that was ok although i really need to work on getting my tilt issues under control and set a stop loss for those bad days.

my fiancee is in las vegas for the last 2 weeks and is returning this wednesday, cant wait for her to get back :)

anyway, my plan is when i am starting to tilt, not play any poker for the rest of the day until i feel good.

if i can get into this habit, there is no stopping me.
