During the weekend the worlds biggest football derby was played, between AC Milan and FC Inter!
As a Milan fan (have been a Milan fan since 1995 when George Weah arrived from PSG)I'm really happy we won this match and I'm also happy that Ronaldinho scored and that our President Silvio Berlusconi recived a fine birthday present.

Regarding Poker, I played only 14 000 hands and I'm down 3.5 BIs for the month but am running 6 BI's below expectation and I'm still plus for the month if you count bonuses etc. I also reached the highest VIP level, black on my site so I'm really happy with that. My goals for October will be to crush 100 nl and prepeare to move up to 200 nl. I think am ready and I need a good month and then I can finally be a 200 nl regular.

I really wanted to book a win today, the last weeks have been like this, I win one day the nexy day I loose it all and then the same patterns repeats all the time so I really wanted to brake that pattern but that didn't happend. I lost 3 big pots that where all really coolers. AK vs. QQ in a 4Bet pot where he called and I floped TPTK and he flopped the set.

AA vs. QQ when I just called preflop with my QQ vs. a unknown and the flop was a low connected flop and I CR all in and I ran into the top of his range, he could have had 99-JJ in the same spot where he would have called.

The 3rd hand was KK vs. 33. I Open on the BTN the SB called and he CR big on a very drawy flop, I called because I didn't want to shove and for him to call when he has the most equity in the hand. So I called his CR and I planned to Reraise all in on all non cards that didn't complete the straight or the flush, so thats what I did and once again I ran into the top of a guys range and so I lost 3.5 BI in about 200 hands for today!

I have a 3BI stop loss that I try to follow so therefore I can not play any more poker today, I'm just going to watch some videos and maybe analyze some hands from these recent days. I want to run good so soon my wish will become reality and I will dominate the tables again haha! :D

Also I'm really happy because my favourite team AC Milan finally won again after having had a tuff start to the season and loosing both games in Serie A this season, but yesterday we made a great match against Zurich in the UEFA cup and we won the game with 3-1 thanks to the super kid Pato aka the new Ronaldo! Today I had a lesson with the yenmaster! Yes it is true that he makes his students run good! :D

But I learned alot today, alot more then the other lessons togheter and I hope I will continue learn more so I can be as good as my teacher or even better! I have much to work on and I will do my best to improve my red line and all the other stuff and most importantly I hope I will improve my green line. The sessions for today went really good and I'm up 5 BI which is my best day at 100NL so far. I hope I can beat that record soon and keep improving my game.

I think I have played very good poker in these last 3 days, not because of the results but because I have never been lost in any big pots. I have put my opponents on a right range and alot of the time I have put them on their exact hand with very good results and adjusting correctly to that range or hand. All I wish now is that my hands can hold up when all the money goes in and when I am the favourite. This has not been the case and the graph below will show you that. I should have won twice as much but i'm still happy, it is the play that counts in the end.

I had my best seesion today since moving up to 100NL, I stayed out of alot of marginal spots and I made some solids plays. The biggest pot I lost was only 23.5 BB and I aslo had a positive red line. I also had an even aggresion factor on all streets and I was more aggresive on the turn and river. I hope I can continue to play as good as today, I really want to improve my game and I feel i'm heading at the right direction.

The results for today was ok but I'm really not happy with how I played, I made ALOT of mistakes and I seemed to always choose the wrong spots when I bluffed but I think this is because I Table select too good! I try to find 4 really great tables where I have the fish to my right and the TAG's to my left. I play to much with the fish and because of that my Red Line drops alot since when you try to bluff these guys they will call you 3 streets w/ 2nd pair. They are basically unbluffable but still I try to bluff them! I lost alot of small to medium sized pots and my goal are to win these pots more then I currently do. They are the pots that can help you improve your red line. I lost around 2BI's in hands that didn't go to showdown instead of this I should have a result of atleast \$100 in profit in these spots. If that where the case I would have a profit of 5 BI's instead of this 1.5 BI that I had! The positive thing though is that I am up for today and that I actually played 1000 hands (My goal is to play 1000 hands/day) so that I can reach my goal of 25 000 hands for semptember.

A LAG open Raise from CO and I make a standard 3bet with TT on BB, he calls. I think I should have bet something around 14 because he called 3bets very light!

The flop is bad for me and I should have gone for pot control and try to check it down or make a bet on later streets but this guy was very loose and he called light so I made a bet of $19 and I also think I bet to much, it is a 3Bet pot and I should have bet like 14. He calls and at that time I thought he was floating and trying to steal the pot I didn't put him on a K.

The Turn is a 3 and the flush draw misses and I think he would bet with alot of hans If I checked to him, I was going for a Check Raise since I though he was calling the flop light. He bets and I CR all-in and he calls pretty fast.
He had made a terrible call Preflop with K9s and he didn't raise my CBet which made me think he was weak. I think I run into the top of his range and he could have played like this with hands that I beat. But anywas this was the biggest hand I lost today, it was a 120 BB mistake that i did!

The biggest pot I won today was when I got squeezed with AK vs. a Aggro player with AQ I made a standard 4Bet of around 2x and he shoved and I called.

Some other Interesting hands was when I squeezed on the BU vs. a MP Raiser and a CO caller, the coldcaller called my 3Bet squeeze and the flop was Qragrag Flop and I made a small CBet of around 1/2 pot he called and I put him on some middle type PP and I shoved the turn but it seemed that this guy was not that kind of guy that folds 2nd pair (TT )on a Q high board to a CBet and a Shove.

I will try to pick some better spots later and I want my red line to be positive!!!

I haven't updated my blog for a long time now and I think it is time to make some new goals and get motivated by it.

- Crush 100NL

- Build Bankroll to $6000

- Move up to 200NL

I achieved all my goals for June and I'm really happy with my game, I have improved alot and you will see it on the graph below!! I will be datamining the 100NL games for some days and then I will move up and start crushing those games too! :D
