This can double as TR for using a long low dose mushroom trip as means of dealing with the worst part of an opitae addiction withdrawl.

So far so good

its day two no use, not sure the hours but 50+hr bumping some KRS-one

I recently withdrew all my money online, it was beginning to dwindle the bittles left. fuck online poker, been real depressed lately, and shit. Going to vegas saturday.

I should be fully through major withdrawl sytemptoms before I arrive in vegas.

it is funny writing a blog, not sure if I am at full effects yet. But randomly lose focus on writing, and its cool.

Been real anti social; I would like to end that pattern. writing is wierd, when tripping, I've always just gone outside, and blaow. Tripping is fun, been while feel hella wierd. lots of yawn this ig oing to th end end cant type anymore

only ate half chocolate and tripping good, music owns obv laters

June and Coaching

Things have been going very well. I could not play for 2-3 weeks because my account got shutdown for having multiples. Had to go through the whole sending in ID ordeal and what not. I got my account back up and running June 4th. The very day my account was reactivated, my computer died. So I had to drop grand on that. Its cool having a fast machine now though because I recently bought a 30" monitor so I can easily 12-16 table with no lag which is important because it tilts me. I dunno how to post a picture but anyway I'll quote the importants for now and try to figure it out something.

These are all 9-16 tabling: I played 8k hands of 100nl while I was rebuilding my roll after expenses winning 8.2ptbb/100 I play 15.9/12.5 att steal 41.3 wsf% 41.3 went SD 23.5 won SD 55 agr by street 3.7/3/2.5

I don't know what I am running lifetime, I had played around 35k hands at 100nl before I lost my database and was winning at 4.4ptbb/100 overall 200(10-15k hands when comp died) and 100 combined.

At 200nl I generall 9-11 table so I can be a bit more loose isolating more and manipulating pot size more effectively since I am playing less tables: I am beating 200nl over 5k hands for 7.1ptbb/100 my stats are: vpip 18.3 pfr 14.7, att steal 45 wsf% 42.5, went SD 23.8 won SD 55.8 agg by street 2.7/2.3/2.8

I have been sweating some friends and enjoy teaching them fullring so I've decided to take on a few students. I will ask some people familar with my game to post in the comments if they believe I would be a good teacher. I think my knowledge would be beneficial in many aspects. Specifically, I can help develop good preflop ranges(including opening up ranges in certain spots to take advantage of certains players tendencies), controlling pot size with marginal made hands, post flop play in general(I come from HU and 6 max background so I think I am knowledgable about the nuances of playing in marginal spots to achieve the greatest EV).

Coaching Info

SHORT VERSION: I can help you if:

1) You are TAG looking to find the correct spots to open your range

2) You find yourself without a plan often, or are lost in the marginal spots

3) You often miss value or play too large of a pot and end up with tough decisions for your whole stack

Also, I stated above what my stats are in general over the long term but that is just how they end up, I play very differently in different situation. However my stats almost always end up either 18-19/14-16, 16/12, 13/10. I can explain the conditions that make each of these styles profitable.

I can be reached on AIM at cliffardo10 or by PM here.

I comfortable coaching from 25nl to 200nl full ring.(There are different prices based on the stakes and type of lessonplan as some formats require more preparation than others) If you have any questions contact me.

Rates: base rate 25/hr + % of profits. I can work with people on rates for it to be lower with a higher % profits. Or no cut of profits with a higher rate. Whichever you prefer..

Quick update, I am following my general guidelines and it has been showing solid results. I am beating fullring for 4.26ptbb/100 12 tabling for an hrly 50-100. I have felt urges for first time to play higher after donking at HU. I will not be playing hu above 50nl and generally not playing. It is too volatile for me until I have my debts paid off.

On another note I am interviewing for CR internship position which I am excited and hopeful about. Thats all for now good luck at the tables y'all

New Blog

Whats up everybody? I am sure nobody will be reading this for at least a long while. I am going to start a blog to catalogue my first serious attempt to not only play poker recreationally, but also semi-professionally to support my spending habits during college.

I'll start by describing a little bit about how I started playing and my general history with poker. I had played in the home games or what not but I generally sucked at poker. In college at PSU, I met a kid named Junior who multitabled 400NL games on stars at the time. He was successful throughout the summer of 2005 winning on average 200-400 dollars per day. After every score he would go to the liqour store and purchase large amounts. I naturally thought this was awesome and became hooked. I didn't really start playing much but I would watch him play and talk to him about hands etc.. Eventually I ended up putting money online and losing it quickly. I had no BR management and was still a poor player in general. Anyway many hands later I put 100 dollars on stars and ran hot and turned it into 12grand over a 2 day period. I withdrew it after losing 2k at 5000NL. I was still a generally poor player and had no BR management. I did however have a lot of money which was good because I was living with my girlfriend at the time and did not have a job or anything.

After this I played on and off for awhile thinking it should be that easy but it wasn't and it had been a roller coaster of sorts. I then began to fall into a pattern of playing successfully actually very successfully but I would never stop. I would play for 16 hours straight taking my laptop to even go piss and what not. In the end I would be tired, volatile, and about to tilt. This led to me winning large amount of money daily only to lose it all at the end of the night. This cycle was not healthy at all and I took a break from poker until I moved to Santa Barbara where I now reside. It is now easier to get away from the computer, and I do not have as many tilt/playing tired problems. I am still working that out of my system though.

I am currently in the process of putting some money online to begin seriously multitabling. I am going to lay some ground rules for myself.

  1. Do not play tired
  2. Play no multi table session longer than 2 hours and generally no longer than 1.5 hours
  3. Do not play higher than 100NL
  4. If I feel tired, upset, or tilt prone quit(Do not wait for the blinds!)
  5. Self check to make sure I am playing focused
  6. When drunk only play micro limits/sng
  7. Review hands
  8. Study the game daily

That is all I can think of for now.
