Gotta sign up for classes today. Going to a 1/3 game with a fraternity brother tonight fortunately. Here's some intesting HH from last night:

Disappointing brickout:

This hand pleases me for some reason.

Can't wait till pledging and the fucking first semester is over!

So, I've lost 6.5 BI at 2/4 the past 2 days, so I gotta swallow my pride and step down to shortbuying PLO HU and playing PLO$200/NL$200 6max and some NL$200 HU (with game selection). Things are still okay. Roll is @ $9k tho. At least I'm accumulating a shitload of FTPs lol.

Here's a sick calldown for the day...I had run up a pretty money stack at this table vs a fishy.

BTN remtlm $443.00
BB Hero $756.30

  • Pre-Flop ($6, 2 players) Hero is BB
  • c5sAs3c3
remtlm raises to $12, Hero raises to $36, remtlm calls $24
  • Flop ($72, 2 players)
  • dKcTd4
Hero checks, remtlm checks
  • Turn ($72, 2 players)
  • h4
Hero bets $60, remtlm calls $60
  • River ($192, 2 players)
  • c7
Hero checks, remtlm bets $128, Hero calls $128

  • Final Pot: $448
  • remtlm shows
  • dAs2c2d6
  • Hero shows
  • c5sAs3c3
  • Hero wins $447.50 ( won +$223.50 )
  • remtlm lost -$224

Just gonna keep up grinding the limits I stated above and gettin rakeback/FTP points.

First Chance at 2/4

Won 1 1/4 BI in like 30 mins 4 tabling 2/4nl. I was prob vs a lot of regs. I took a shot with $11k because i feel SOOOOO good about my game. I took a bunch of RELE nasty coolers, but fortunately 88 drew out JJ (granted, I flopped a 4 flush so my equity was good postflop) AI PF so I at least pulled a suck out once this sesh. To my defense, it was a perfect squeeze spot, so 88 looked releee strong.

Dirty cooler; I threw up but had to call river.

This is how I know I'm on the top of my game...when I don't shove this riv. I was gonna shove the river, but I had a reallllly bad feeling about the river. I think shoving the turn looks too strong, since the second ace is a good card to fire again vs a good thinking player (since I can peel the flop with lots of gutshots or pairs with weak kickers). I thought about raising the flop...I mean he's never folding, so this hand wouldn't have changed at all.

Okay, so apparently I had a lot more Ironman medals than I thought, so I've honestly grinded 4 hours at NL$200 6max, then NL$100 6max (just for points), and ended up getting to 88k points! Just ordered the 24 inch Samsung on FTP- hollaaaa.

Here's a sexy hand I will leave you all with. Because of the stack sizes, I called pre. Interesting line by villain with JJ here.

I took back desktop and monitor, so I currently have my this new laptop connected to the 40 inch LCD, and as I've said numerous times before, working on earning a 24 inch HD monitor. RELEE looking forward to hookin that shit up; still not sure if my TripleHead2GO and shit will work!

O, it's prob what I'm on. Won $1.5k in honestly like 30 mins; I was up $800 or so, then had a quick downswong back to even, then a quick 1.5k upswing just 50bb'ing 1/2 6max PLO and playing 1/2nl 6max. Life's good. Bout to roll out to a Halloween party (should be dirty). I'll post graphs and hands later.

Laptop and TripleHead2GO came today. The laptop is pretty tight; I will not know how the TripleHead2GO is going to work, simply because my 19inch monitor cannot support shit for HD because it's old (though it has a DVI input-wtf?). November will simply be for earning 200 pts a day and hopefully steady moniez so I can get that first HD monitor and be very close to finishing the balla setup...

I basically busted this fish later, but this was early in the session. I figured no overpair in their right mind would shove this river, so he had to have some sort of AK or random bluff or shit, just desperately trying to win the pot on a scary board. Nasty Comeback

Blog by : IversonXX3

So I was stuck like... $750 at one point 6tabling (3 6max NL$100 tables, 2 HU NL$100 tables, and one 25bb'ing 1/2 PLO table). I was about to call it quits, but I figured I had such a monster edge HU (which is where I was stuck the majority of money), and ended up grinding back to win $1k exactly about an hour after my lowest point of being stuck.

This guy's name tilted me so fucking hard. At one point in this match I was spewing. This prob started my comeback. I can't believe how thin his calldown is...

This is complete and utter spew, however, I realized it's very possible he could have been bluffing before or semibluffing. While I was repping nothing, I know all the draws basically missed, and therefore I figured as long as he didn't have a high card or better, he couldn't call (since many busted draws don't even have a high enough card to call a riv shove) Therefore, I decided to shove, and he needed to at least have a pair to call. Too bad he had a straight lol. I shoulda folded turn, but as I said, I was frustrated a bit during the match.

Vs my other HU villain, who was a TOTAL fish, I couldn't find too many particularly-interesting hands. He would play any hand to a raise pre (like 92o), and even would call reraises with like 85o and shit. He was totally abysmal; I think I ended up beating him for a $100 (but was stuck ~$250 to him at one point). I wish I got his whole stack, and I kept overbetting and shoving and shit because I wanted his whole stack (he was the biggest calling station EVARRR), but it didn't work out :)

BR is at $6.1k. I think what I'll do is take a shot at NL$200 6max soon (4tabling), and no HU for a bit while I'm at NL$200 6max (just to remain focused and whatnot). I know I can crush these games, it's just really a matter of personal management and when I can run well for enough hands to have a solid roll to make it my regular game online, since I cashed out all that moniez before. If I'm ready, I'll take a shot at NL$400 6max at a $12k roll. If I can make that my regular game, I think I'll do a lot of cashing out before I attempt to move up past then (if I even attempt to do that while I'm in college, since stress will be high and poker will have to become a top prioritity).

Amusing Weekend

Blog by : IversonXX3

Soo....Saturday night was amusing. I drank 2/3 a bottle of Ice 101, which is 101 proof aka 50.5% alcohol peppermint schnapps. It was unbelievely disgusting, and I ended up puking about 4 times before I passed out and 7 times when I woke up lol. It was not amusing. Remind me to never drink liquor in massive amounts again, even with massive pressure from my friends lol.
I won $1.1k in tonight's session, so now my roll is @ $5.15k. I won $750 at NL$100 6max and HU, as well $400 with 1/2 PLO buying in $50. I also got amazing news that my Sportsbook check was sent, and should be at my house in like 8 business days- holllaaa! Took them fucking long enough...

I eventually beat this player, but this pissed me off. Basically it is totally idiotic to fucking 4bet preflop without a plan. Furthermore, it's awful to call a shove here with KJ. He TANNNKED and called- um wtf? 4bet with a plan you dumbasses. Online poker is still certainly profitable. It's either 4bet-snapcall or 4bet-snapfold. Not hem and haw over basically deciding whether you're flipping or totally crushed!

Considering FD missed, I could be steaming, good board to bluff, Tx is a huge part of his range, as well as every possible two pair now on board in his range, I just overshoved this riv with the nizzles.

I also found out my 19inch gateway monitor apparently has a DVI input, so I'll order a bunch of DVI cables and try them out on this monitor, as well as remind myself to grind every day and earn 200 FTP points in order to achieve enough Ironman medals to get 25k FTP points, and in turn, the 24 inch Samsung monitor I desire. I'm also definitely anticipating the arrival of my laptop.
As always, pledging is stressful, and once November is over, I'm basically done, as well as I should have my first Samsung monitor and Dell Laptop set up. Live will be money.

HOLY FUCK ITS THE WEEKEND

Had a good sesh today, winning $450. What sucked is last night I lost like $650 just actually playing sorta poorly, but grinded back today to an exactly $4k roll. I'll just work on grinding up, and soon I think I will move up to NL$200 6max to take a few BI shot, since I think I'm mentally -stable enough now, as opposed to before, where I need at LEAST 35BI to take a shot realistically.

Vs a donk HU who I ended up beating for like $300, but this is DIRTY! This river is abysmal, since it makes a bunch of straights and two pairs possible, but I had to shove.

The timing on the river shove just made it seem like a bluff. WTF is he trying to rep realistically?

Dirty river; I went for the turn overbet shove to try to get looked up by many Ax hands, as opposed to bet/calling. Either way, the moniez was going in here.

I took a few of these dirty coolers today :-( His overbet shove gets me to snapcall with two pair. If he had just bet, I woulda called, but his quick shove coulda meant a myriad of things, such as FD, pair+draw, KK or AA, etc...

Tonight I'm going to one of my brother's house, since he gf organized a "scary movie night," where well watch the Excorcist, Children of the Corn, and original Dracula. Tomorrow night will be everything tho...big brother revealing! Holy SHIT.

Below is my ~25k hand graph, though it excludes like 15k hands at least of NLHE and all my PLO hands (prob ~6k hands), but I think this graph is since August?
