i forgot how to play???

0

I am so confused.. I open 2 tables this morning 0.50/1$ 6 max and started playing.. I lost AA vs QQ with a Q on flop and I lost JJ vs A8o all in pre flop and flop was 88k.. anyway.. other than that I felt like i did know how to play ! I so confused and keep losing and losing small pots... After 2-3 hours, or maybe more,I end -700-800$ not even knowing why and how this happend. I was playing like a zombi.. and keep losing and losing .. and see a lot of flops like a donk ! I have no idea .. It was like I forgot how poker is played.. anyway i lost in both tables. ANd my mind was not even responding. No feelings. Pushing the mouse like i played playstation.. lol How the hell i cannot play 6 max.... i was wondering.

After that i closed tables and watch my cashier which was so fucked up.. I did not tilt even one hand.. but still i was playing like a dumb! so I went for some HU. got in a 0.50/1 tables BI 200 and started playing. I also opened a HU table .25/.50 . I was feeling like breathing again. I started reading again other players.. and i end up + 780 in the 0.50/1 and + 250 in the .25/.50.

I am wondering how the hell i win in HU and i was loosing like that in 6 max. I mean in 6max i was like a donk.. IT was like i did not know with what hands to get in R or fold. ofc I catch my self pushing so hard with A2 on a 86A flop... which ofc i would do in HU... and the guy up to river was cool calling with AQ...lol so sick so stupid of me..

anyway !

thats all for now.
