I gotta do what i gotta do (assedic, medecin, phone reparation, call girls etc.)

On a poker side, all is reallllllly going well. Since i have reduced a LOT my bluff frequencies on all spots (C bet, 3 bet, ...) , my winrate is way higher.

Live helped with it i think as bluffing in live games is often horrible since the players are so bad.

I think i was doing the mistake of considering that a spot for bluff is good until called, i think the reversed reasonning is better : i need to see fold regularly to start bluffing in a spot.

There is one strong theorical reason for that : You are supposed to VALUE BET the majority of time, not to bluff bet. Obviously, bluffing is made ONLY to mix up your play.

Hell yeah, no more cigarett from now on.

Full of nits that slowplay you to hell, or weak bet 3 barrel to extract max value of you

Theorem : if someone min raise you at some point, is two barreling weak, or check call you then donk bet the turn or something, he HAS the nuts.

This theorem apply to all full ring NL 25 from stars ~~

Optimal play : check fold after the continuation bet dont work (they fold most of the time here)

< 1000$ => NL 25

1k / 1.1k => 7 NL 25, 1 NL 50

1.1k / 1.2k => 6 NL 25, 2 NL 50

etc....

< 1000 => NL 25

1000 - 2500 => NL 50
