I understand that he is a good out of the box thinker, but he is not effective at communicating how to apply it to your game optimally or even profitably.

If anything he gets you to think differently...but open limping with 8bbs w/ kqo is the most -EV move you can do! Sure it might be different and might take advantage of a person who calls on the flop too much. But you aren't going to hit enough flops to make it better than just open folding it!


The ratings for his videos have been 8.7, 7.6, and 4.2. Not that these are always accurate dipictions of quality, but they are "usually" pretty close, even if CR mods them lol.

His 8.7 is only so high because he has two 10s because people were "fascinated" by the cool software he used to record the tournament and the fact he could press the stop button lolololol! It is a replayer come on! He is what the 12th instructor to use one?!?

He has good ideas that aren't "robotic" but he doesn't explain himself well at all. If I was a standard donk trying to learn SNGs I would do -EV things because of him and that is just wrong!!


I have not been able to come up with one thing that I have honestly learned from a single video and I have watched them all attentitively. If anyone has something they did learn I would love to know what it is.

I can list everything I learned easily from each video by Citizenwind, Nutedawg, and Jackal because they presented their ideas in a clear understandable maner.

Kazor, for a lack of a better phrase, SUCKS BALLS at doing that. He is sarcastic in many spots that I only know he is sarcastic because if he wasn't he would be a -EV player. Now I understand it should be obvious that playing 23s is almost always not the right play, but he seriously ranted for almost an entire minute on how he wished he could have played the hand but couldn't because he was UTG! Obviously he is kidding but DONKS DON'T KNOW THAT! and you can't assume they do, your a teacher for heavens sakes!

I hope CR/Kazor step up their game and either he starts putting out quality videos that he takes time to figure out how to effectively communicate he ideas so that they can be used correctly or CR stops wasting a days video with this garbage because thats all it is!


P.S. I have nothing personal against this person, I believe he has a lot to offer, and does in fact play good but just isn't doing a good job making videos. CR is the top training site around so bring your A game for teaching or don't teach, period.
