Leaks! ?

Blog by : Bananmats

Wondering if someone see any obvious leaks in my stats?
I know i have them and i really dont have a clue where.
I will reward good tips "on PS or FTP" !

Backround:
Im a 1/2 NL player, or i have been for most of my time and after a break during the summer i felt my game was punished.
So i jumped down to 0.25/0.5 to get my game backup, but after 13k hands multitable 6 table i have been a loser.
"Or plus/minus 0 with rake"

This is only for 14k hands, and i will continue update.

Summer time

I found Verneers forum topic " Why ppl cant beat 200NL and below" very very interesting here on CR "its under favorite posts or use this url below.

http://www.cardrunners.com/members/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=221128&page=1&nt=9&fpart=1

and in the topic i also found another great url about people´s goals for 2008

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthread.php?t=85689 "motivation to grinde!"

In the topic Why ppl cant beat 200NL and below someone wrote something about many people run around picking up nickles ifront of a steamroller, i guess he meant that some players tend play small pots correct and then blow everything away in big once , and that might be one big reason why ppl like me are stuck in small games.
It really hit me, maybe thats one of my reasons....from now on i will really take time and play big pots more correctly and stop messing around.

Got an 2hour lession from a great guy here on CR , -Thanks!- E. "pm if you intrested in lession, and il ask him"

And i once again got it confirmed that im mostly playing correct , and it feels good and you get abit of confidence so i dont have to mix up my game and try some -EV styles but instead just work on my present..

Somewhere in between my tables, it hit me that rake is killing at this level , really....id guess it dosent come as a newsflash ;o) but i just felt it...cause you really have to play a solid game to profit from it at this low games. Its a tough sport, job or hobby.I have even been thinking about moving up in level just because of it.

We also talked about quit bluffing stupid unnecessary spots, it hit me that im often making bluffs that i might have folded too,but of course it dosent mean that my opponnent should, and not with my somewhat lose table image and being in the catagore " May bluff"

But rather bluff in pos with flops like AA8.

Id guess im not a newsflash guy, but for those who arent either you can check out a new "to me" tableselction method

I cant stop listening to this very soft reggae song, and for people in swe, yes its the commercial song.

226 packages to main event, busted out at 415

After 6hours and went from night to early morning, and maybe did a misstake in my last hand ?

Backround :

I had M of 3 ? or 8 bb "ante 400"

He utg bet which screams strength in sat tour late stage, but he was "big stack" and fairly active.

Thinking that he either had TT AK , maybe utg stealin or overplayed some hand vs AA KK QQ.

Start of June

This weekend i got some coaching from a big player and friend of mine "thanks gibb!" who looked at my game and pt stats and found out some big leaks.

He told me to:

*Call vs bet with low to mid pair "instead of my aggro raise style" to set-mine and let ppl behind call.

*Raise vs limpers with low to mid pair to get controll

*Raise/bet more in everything i do, mostly to get value from my hands

*Dont be afraid to just call on flops and try to outplay-keep pott small

*Almost never slowplay and get tricky

*Less bluff with potential draws out

He plays over at mid-high stakes cg but he where "shocked" with how tough these low stakes game has become, but from what ive heard most people think that 2008 has become a difficult year in short hand cash game.

Maybe tournaments have gone up value then ? And omaha games too ?

Shove turn ?

Blog by : Bananmats

Im pretty sure that i did wrong and should have shoved on TURN, or maybe by just calling im letting him bluff or think hes second hand is good ?

1 If he is on a draw, he is gonna call anyway.

2 But if he is on a draw and misses he might fold river.
