downswing..

Blog by : ATC
0

As you could read in my last entry, I was having a bad month.. Well, it has only gotten worse, ALOT worse.. It is pretty unbelivable actually; I'm down like 17k this month! I'm not gonna blame it all on running bad, and I'm so unlucky, why do all the fish hit etc.. At times I have really played horribly, but there have been times (like today), where I feel I play amazing poker, and just run like hell.. I think my loss this month should be around 2-4k EV adjusted, which is really rough and hard to deal with.. The weird thing is that almost the entire month, I have started down and just to tried to work my way up to being even again.. But the last week it has been the other way around, which just makes my head wants to explode! I have been up like 6k at the most, only to end the session even.. It it soooo frustrating, especially given the fact I'm in this big downswing, and could really use big winning days.. Anyway, tonight I played HU PLO 2/4 and 3/6 against a player I have played some before.. I can with confidence say I have a big edge on him, and will play him anyday, anytime.. Today he tilted completely, and I was up like 6k on him, getting it in good EVERY time, and he also sucked out on me a couple of times.. I thought about quitting here, but I felt the way he was playing I could continue playing profitably and I also didn't wanna be an asshole, leaving that much up..

Anyway, after this he started to luckbox me with his horrible play on a few SICK big pots:

http://www.pokerhand.org/?3110326 - Biggest pot of the match, and biggest pot I have ever played.. I quit right after this, sooooooooooooo SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5,4k pot.. I am absolutely crushing his hand, and ahead of pretty much any hand he could have.. Yes, there is a straight out there, but I'm like 60/40 vs J9, the only hand I'm behind here is 10 10xx.. Couldn't quite believe it when I saw the turn.. Just felt a sort of empty feeling after loosing this pot..

www.pokerhand.org/ - Here I get to pot up to \$576 preflop with over 70% EV, and he of course gets lucky on the flop.. But we are still almost flipping, I just can't catch up..

www.pokerhand.org/ - A standard spot vs this guy.. This might seem a littlw thin on the flop, but I would make this play over and over again.. He never folds his AAxx or KKxx on boards like this in rr-pots, and if he's tilted he doesn't fold any pair, which you would see in some other hands.. But he gets lucky, and catches two nines to make higher two pair..

http://www.pokerhand.org/?3110361 - Again, this might look very very thin, and it probably is.. I tanked on the turn, when he potted my bet, but decided to repot it, and go with it.. In retrospect, I probably should have called the turn, and folded river.. But I feel I can really back up this play though; I started limping a bit, as he was getting very tilted.. I flop bottom set, and he checks to me.. It goes bet/call.. OK, so now the ace hits.. You can make good arguments for checking the turn back here, but I felt like going for value and protecting my hand.. Believe me, this guy is NEVER slowplaying JJ or 10 10 here, and he's betting AAxx 90% on that flop.. So I wasn't worried at all of being over-setted.. KQ is obv in his range, but I thought that he would have bet that on the turn.. There is a lot of draws out there though, so should maybe have called his turn raise and called any blank river.. I was just shocked to see his hand though; he has pretty good equity against the hand that I have, but it's pretty much the bottom part of my range.. Against KQ, or a higher flush draw with two pair/set he's in awful shape..

Just gonna post some more hands:

http://www.pokerhand.org/?3110406

http://www.pokerhand.org/?3110441

http://www.pokerhand.org/?3110450

http://www.pokerhand.org/?3110441

There were a lot of other big hands, but I'm tired of posting.. Anyway, I ended the match up like \$600.. I'm pretty sure that it should have been 10k++, EV adjusted.. One of the most frustrating matches ever.. My opponent even agreed when we were done he was very lucky to get away from the match with that little loss..

At least, I feel like I have played great the last week, just not getting big results.. I'm glad I have a big roll and able to handle this downswing, I knew it had to come sometime.. Luckily, I'm playing with cash that I can really afford to lose.. I have only deposited \$1200, and think I'm up somewhere around 65-70k this year.. 20k of these at MTT's, although I have probably burned around 5k at MTT's since then.. Looking forward to this month ending, as I will get a sick rakeback, and can start fresh in september.. Hopefully, I can win some the last days of august and make the numbers a little less ugly..

back to school

Blog by : ATC
0

So, I'm back to school after two months home.. This summer, poker has been my "job", and I have made like 30k (20k from two tourney-wins).. But at the end of the vacation, I started to hit some road blocks.. For some reason, the motivation I had to move up and get better by the day, seemed to disappare.. There have been some other elements that might have effected me, but overall I didn't have the desire to play, and didn't care that much.. In july I only played a couple of 1000 hands and broke about even, or winning a little.. There has to be mentioned, that I spent two weeks away from home with no laptop and drank and partied A LOT, so that's obviously part of the reason.. But there was definately something wrong, something was the way it used be only few weeks/months back..

So, I said to myself when I got back to Sweden, I would really work on getting my grind back.. And as everyone else, I decided to "challenge" myself to play at least 30k hands (I go to school every day and do alot of other stuff so not as easy as it sounds like) and win 12k.. Well.. So far, I'm almost on track with the hands, but I have been absolutely CRUUUUUUUUUSHED!!!!!!!!

August 1. - August 12.: Down 12 fucking K!! Most of it playing PLO and a little NLHE.. I have ran worse than I've ever experienced, but I have also played TERRIBLE.. Putting my self in so many annoying spots, where I end up getting it in bad again and again.. And people play back at me all the time.. I'm pretty sure that a lot of players have marked me as a fish after seeing my play lately.. I honestly have no explanation for what happened.. Anyways, the last two days, I have studied a lot of the hands I have played and seen so many mistakes I have made.. I have also gone back several months ago on my PT, to see if I did anything remarkably different.. I have noticed a few things, and I must say that now I'm more motivated than ever! It sounds sick, but in some way I'm almost glad this big downswing happened, as I think it may be profitable in the long run..

So, the two last days has ended in the green for me.. Yesterday I only played NLHE, winning about $600.. Was up a bit more, so a little disappointing, at least not a losing day.. Then today it happened; I hit new record high win for a day.. Played about 2500 hands of PLO, and won 5,3k!

Feels great now, really needed a day like this.. I obv ran good, but had a few sick spots aswell.. Check out some hands:

Some losers:

www.pokerhand.org/ - This hand was one of the sickest I have ever experienced.. End of story..

www.pokerhand.org/ - Somewhat standard I guess.. Although I'm creating a very hig variance spot for myself.. I knew that the player in the BB probably wasn't gonna fold to my 4-bet after he overcalled a 3-bet.. The player was a pretty big fish too.. But once I 4-bet pot-it preflop, I can't fold to that flop, as he would push with such an enormous range.. Turns out he has a monster, and I'm "drawing" very thin even though I have the best made hand on the flop..

www.pokerhand.org/ - This hand I'm a little but unsure of.. I don't mind my 3-bet, and I don't think the player who 4-bets have aces more than maybe 65-80% of the time.. And when the two shorties got it in aswell, I thought at the time the best thing to do was join the race.. Looking at it now though, I think I should have found a fold.. I'm not good at measuring preflop equity PLO, especially multiway and turns out I'm only close to 20% and the biggest dog to win the pot.. If my kings were better, like KKQJds it is much more standard, but AKK7 single suited is not really a big hand..

www.pokerhand.org/ - This is embarassing, biggest pot I lost.. Don't know what the hell I'm doing here, so terribly played the whole way.. I'm quite in shock when looking at this.. First, the 3-bet preflop is bad.. I'm out of position, and my hand don't flop that well.. I flop a low open ender and two backdoor FD's.. Not a good flop, but were deep and I decide to peel one off.. Don't know why, awful play, could be justified to some extent with a plan to take it down later on if in position as we're deep.. But the thing is, I didn't really have a read on the player, which just makes it outstanding bad.. Anyways, the turn goes check check, and I think he's afraid of aces.. When the river pairs the board, I decide to rep aces, but that is the ONLY thing I am able to rep, or possibly AJ.. Don't know I'm trying to push him off, as the flop bet could be a number of hands.. Don't know what more to say really, just a horrible horrible hand.. EDIT: I think I might have folded if he didn't have an ace in his hands, as it's very unlikely I have the two last aces..

There were a lot of other big losers aswell, insane action and a lot of stacking this session.. A lot of getting aces in postflop 3-bet pot, to top pair and a gutshot, stuff like that..

Some winners:

www.pokerhand.org/ - I like my turn bet here, trying to make him think he has some fold equity.. Surprised he jams top two on that board though..

www.pokerhand.org/ - Here I make a very questionable turn play, but I decided to go with it.. Hate bet/folding top two tough.. Was very afraid of 4's or same as my hand with draws.. Didn't think 53 was in his range, as I don't see this player betting out a hand like A 2 3 5.. He could have had A 3 4 5, A 10 3 5 or 4 4 3 5, though.. Anyway, I ship it in, and he has pretty much the bottom part of his range.. Don't think my hand holds very well against his all over range for pushing that turn, so I think I misplayed it.. Definately a high variance spot, and I could also be completely crushed.. Lucky I was ahead, think I would check the turn if I had played the hand over, and decide what to do on river..

www.pokerhand.org/ - Have a lot of history with this player.. I usually never lead when I'm not the preflop raiser, and I somehow get him to donkey off drawing dead.. Always nice..

www.pokerhand.org/ - This hand I like! This is a pretty tricky player, and he floats the flop here with air to bluff scare cards.. My small turn bet look kind of weak, but I would never bet there without the ace of clubs I think. and would do the same with nut flush to try and make him do something stupid as I just don't see him having a big hand in that spot often. But I don't think he would push a small flush there, and definately not straight/two pair.. There is not a lot of two pair/sets out there I think he could have either.. Any set or two pair on flop he is pushing, and don't see that 4 helping him.. I just put him on complete air, and I actually get it in with 100% equity..

A lot of other big hands aswell, but I'm tired of all the work I have to do with hands from iPoker to get them posted...

New goal for august, breaking even on the month.. Still down almost 6k..

Gl guys

tourneys

Blog by : ATC

Hey!

So, yesterday my new laptop arrived, and I'm very pleased so far.. It has fully lived up to my expectations and I love the design.. I have still not installed PT and HUD, my hand history from recent sessions is on a few different computers, just need to gather all of that up.. And I have a question: Do the community here use PT2 or PT3? Would you recommend PT3? And what the hell is postgreSQL or something? When I choose to download PT3, there is two versions - with or without the postgre-thing....

As for poker, it has been sort of swingy at iPoker.. I'm up quite a bit in june still, but have had some losing sessions where my game were completely off.. Have started to play 3/6 aswell, but there are not many good games at that stake running at iPoker, especially PLO.. So lately it has been a mix of 2/4 and 3/6..

Some day last week I decided to play some tourneys at Pokerstars for a change.. I played the 100r, 50r and daily fifty grand.. I think I did very well, ended 38. in 100r, 56. or something in daily fifty grand(small cash prize) and won 50r for 8,2k.. Today I also decided to play those three tourneys.. Busted early in the daily fifty, placed just outside the money in the 50r and managed to win the 100r for 12,6k.. I'm very surprised I managed to win two tourneys in a week, and I suddenly have a roll at Pokerstars aswell.. I think I will play some more tourneys this summer, but I still prefer cash games by far.. I do think that I'm very good at final tables in tournaments though.. Completely dominated both final tables on the two I won, looks like a lot of people just wants to hang on as long as possible to win a bigger prize.. Me on the other hand - the only thing I think about when the final 9 starts is to win. Especially today when I started the FT as chipleader.. Everything but a win would be very disappointing.. I certainly do think that's the correct mentality to have as the prizes gets so much bigger for the top places..

Haven't been doing much of that working out I mentioned in my last entry.. Man I'm lazy.. I just stay up all night and don't get up until after 1 pm.. Then I hit the tables, maybe watch some TV (all of my friends are working at this time of day), eat dinner and just wait for someone to hang out with.. And also preparing for EURO 2008, deciding which bets to place.. I killed today with Spain-Russia making a nice profit, and I also bet on Spain as winner before the tournament started (looking good!!).. If there are any football/soccer interested out there, can someone explain or argue why the HELL fabregas isnt in the starting 11????????????

At last, please respond someone to what postgreSQL is... Just a quick explanation will do.. Thnaks in advance :)

Thanks for reading

Summer vacation

Blog by : ATC
0

So I haven't blogged in a long time, partly due to the fact I have been without internet for almsot 1,5 months.. Therefore I obviously haven't played that many hands, which kind of sucks.. Also, my computer is busted and completely unoperatable. I have decided to purchase a Dell, which should be delievered within 2 weeks. Looking very much forward to that, as I'm ordering this computer with a 1920x1200 resolution, and will probably by a 24''-screen aswell. Which means I can have a lot of tables at once:)

I'm back in Norway now for about 2 months. This summer I will make my living by playing poker, and I'm really looking forward to giving that a shot. I'm also planning on doing a lot of travelling, and hopefully get my lazy ass to a gym and start working out.. Inspired by David B's blog I'm hoping to get up at a reasonable time, hit the gym and then feeling fresh and ready to put some hours in at the tables. Hopefully I can make this a habit from monday-friday and take the weekends off.

As for poker, it continues to go really well. Lately I have been playing on others' computers, which means I have been playing without HUD and PT most of the time.. I have been coping with it better than I thought I would, but it's still massive -EV for me not to have those equipment available. Anyways, my roll is now well passed 40k, and I'm considering moving further up to 3/6.. Kind of feeling a little overrolled for 2/4 at the moment.. Maybe I will withdraw a bit, and continue at 2/4 (have only withdrawn once from this account to pay for a speeding ticket).

I gotta say, I'm a little overwhelmed how fast I have been progressing. Started out with 1,2k in february playing 0,25/0,50, have only been playing strictly 2/4 for about a month and not been able to put in wanted amount of hands at this level.. Honestly, I feel like I have been running pretty hot the whole way.. I read a lot of other blogs where they over and over again tell they're running like hell and losing to 2-outers all the time.. This has just not happened to me that often, I feel like I have avoided a lot of bad beats. I've had my share of those too, but not more that I've expected, and I have certainly put some bad beats on others aswell.. Over these months I have played like 110k-hands, and must say I feel pretty lucky to have avoided those sessions where you feel like you can't win a hand and getting outdrawn all the time.. I haven't really experienced the high variance that I know PLO can offer either.. It feels kind of weird, because I don't really feel that superior to the competition at 2/4.. I don't really know where I'm going with this and don't have a conclusion, but I guess what I'm trying to say is these 4 months have been a real rush, and I can probably not expect to keep ut this winrate and jump through levels.. This feels like a repeat of a former blog post, but I can't imagine that I will continue to run hot as the sun all the time!

Hope you all have a nice summer, and good luck to all playing the WSOP!

Hiii

STILL our internet has NOT come back! I'm starting to loose my mind a bit now! In our contract it clearly says that she is responsible for providing/paying internet, and we have been without for over 2 weeks now.. SUPERTILTING!

But OK, enough about that.. I have spent a large part of the weekend at my buddies' place, BBQing, drinking, just having a good time.. And of course I have taken advantage of their luxury of a network up and running and gotten some hands in.. Yesterday, I 8-tabled NLHE 6-max 2/4 for a little while, and won like 1,5 buyin... Ran OK I guess, made some bad bluffs I think, and won/lost some very standard pots.. Today on the other hand, I wanted to play some PLO, but there were no good 2/4 games running, so I decided to play a bit 1/2 HU.. Couldn't get any action there, so I played a bit HU NLHE.. Won like $190 there, and finally got some action at 1/2 PLO HU against a guy who has really been getting the best of me a couple of times.. I still don't feel like he's that good, and I have no problem playing him.. Anyways, he came out on top today as well. I lost like 1 buyin, in other words close to nothing at PLO HU, which is such an actionfilled game.. Here is one sort of interesting hand from that match:

www.pokerhand.org/

On the flop I am obviously not folding top two pair to a c/r, but I really think I could have found a fold on the turn.. I think it's very close, but this player is not your standard crazy PLO HU-player.. When he pots on the turn, I'm not really sure what I can beat, as I didn't feel he had a draw, and it's not a particularly drawy board either.. Will need to think about this hand a bit, as it's definately not a cooler as it perhaps can seem to be when playing PLO HU..

After a little while, some more 2/4 PLO 6-max started to open up, and the field were the softest I have seen in a loooong time.. When you add me running superhot, things is looking good! Ended up just over 3k, for a total of 2,9k PLO for the today, and $200 NLHE, so 3,1k for the day.. I'm not sure, but I think this may be my biggest cash game winnings in one day.. Here are some cool hands:

www.pokerhand.org/

This was the biggest pot I won, a massive 500bb-pot.. Possibly the biggest cash game pot I have won in my life.. On the flop I want to give someone with like two pair, or maybe a weakish draw a chance to bet out, and also I want to put as much money possible in on the flop.. It 6-way postflop, and I was hoping to eliminate at least 4 of the field with a checkraise.. These are my reasoning for checking the flop.. Maybe that wasn't explained in the best way.. Let's say I bet out like $100 straight away on the flop, I could easily get 3 calls (YES, the field where that soft!).. If I check it, I'm pretty sure at least one of the others have something they think is worth betting, and when I then make a big checkraise, I'm hoping to isolate one player.. My hand is not THAT strong multiway to the turn, when a LOT of cards hit the potential draws.. And when all the money goes in the middle 3-way, I was just waiting to get outdrawn, as I win less than 50% of the time.. But I hit my quads on the river, which felt really nice :)

www.pokerhand.org/

Here is me getting very lucky, as I'm really terrible at folding sets.. But this wasn't even a raised pot preflop, and I'm not sure how much I like my play here.. Sure does look like 88xx (didn't think QQxx, as I had a Q).. I do have the flush draw aswell, which of course boosts my equity enormously.. And when you run very hot, you suckout :)

www.pokerhand.org/

On this hand I make (at least for me) a fairly standard 3-bet preflop when it's only 3-way.. When I get 4-bet I know this particular player has aces, and I felt in a good mood to crack em.. Also I did have position, we were both a little deep and my hand plays pretty well against aces.. When I hit my big wrap on the flop, I have to go with it when there's already $324 in there preflop.. Just praying he doesn't have the flushdraw aswell obviously.. Unfortuantely he helds up, but I don't hate my play there.. I really wish I could have had a pair to go with the draw after the flop, but I still think it's pretty standard..

As I said in my last entry, I went home to Norway to pick up the car I bought and drove it back to Sweden.. Man it was a long drive, approximately 1100 km.. Of course I managed to get a speeding ticket (about 1k dollars) which kind of sucked.. But I LOVE having my own car.. It's a Golf sportline, 2005-model, TDI 1,9l.. Drives very nicely :)

That's it for now, thanks for reading

going home..

Hey!

I got a whopping 78% on my exam (need 75% to pass), so that was really lame I think.. Have gotten over 90% on the earlier ones, so this was a really disapointing result.. BUT, I passed it, which is the most important thing!

Pokerwise, I am sort of megatilted lately.. Not due to losses, but due to the fact to I'm unable to play at the moment! The woman me and my roommate rent this apartment from, has for some reason not been able to pay the internet-bill, which means we have been without it for some days now.. I randomly find some other unsecured networks to join from time to time, but they really suck as the signal is so low.. Last night I find a network which were currently working, and took the risk of playing so hands.. This resulted in me folding the nuts in a pot already over 150bb on the turn as the internet broke down! Lesson learned I guess!

I'm going home to Norway tonight, as we have tomorrow and friday off.. I have purchased a car that I am gonna pick up, and drive back here to Sweden on sunday.. Man, I am super excited as I really hate depending on the bus or getting a lift from classmates to school everyday.. Having an own car is just in every way so great, and definately +EV in life general I think.. Espacially when I'm so dependant of transportion, since I live in the city and the school is located near the airport which is quite a long way to drive..

Anyways, coming home for some days will be great, see all my buddies and family from back home again..

fun hand!

Blog by : ATC

Hi guys, just thought I should post this fun hand from earlier this week:

www.pokerhand.org/

My first ever loss with straight flush vs straight flush (and hopefully the last one).. Pretty sick huh? I know it really doesn't matter if I had the straight flush or just the A high flush in this scenario, but still!! Straight flush vs straight flush!! Don't see that everyday!

losing a bit..

Blog by : ATC
0

Well, I've finally got in some red numbers at my PT. Last night playing PLO was a complete disaster.. Couldn't get anything going and the times I had a set another one had a higher set or hit his flush/straight.. Lost almost 3k.. Didn't feel so good to not run so hot anymore :( Played a little NLHE after that, and won a litte over 1k, so ended the night down 1,8k or something..

So, I hit the table today as usual, and wanted to focues on PLO HU, as I feel I'm not on top of that at the moment.. Decided to sit at both 0,5/1 and 1/2, do definately not feel ready for 2/4 PLO HU yet.. I also sat at one 2/4 6-max while waiting for someone to play me.. Didn't really go to well today either, and I ended down about $300.. I managed to lose almost $500 at 0,5/1 with a lot of standard pots, and also lost about $300 at 1/2.. Won $500 at 2/4..

I played two tables at 1/2.. I was killing the guy on one of them, and I think he made a deposit each time brought money to the table, as it always took a while and it was like $98.42.. At the other table; I played the sickest guy ever, he was sooo bad too.. We played one of the sickest matches I have ever experencied, his VPIP was 88! At one point, I completely had the momentum in the match, when this hand occurs:

www.pokerhand.org/

I thought I was gonna puke.. Always fun to get 1-outed..

Last hand of the match, he left right after:

www.pokerhand.org/

I mean, WTF? This hand shows had be he is.. My hand is quite big here, a big wrap and a flush draw + I know he's betting the turn like 9/10 times if I check it to him.. How he can call is beyond me..

Don't think I'm gonna play anymore today, as I have an exam tomorrow and I haven't opened my books yet.. Better get to it now..

a big month..

Blog by : ATC
0

My total profit for the month is now about 18k, have gotten off to a really good start at 2/4.. I have executed my plan of implementing one 2/4 table a day into my games, and it has worked out good I think. Soon I wil be playing strictly 2/4, although I probably will play HU at 1/2 for a litte while longer, trying to work out some major leaks I think I have.

I think it's kind of funny looking back to the first post I made on here, seeing those ridicilous goals I made.. They seem pretty ambitious for a guy just starting to try a new and different approach to poker. I also realize that only a couple of months back, I was actually a pretty big fish. At the time, I thought I was good but that's because I didn't know any better.. My game has evolved enormously over the last few months, and I have learned/figured out things I didn't even know existed in poker. A big thanks to cardrunners for this, as the site has helped me develop a lot! Hopefully, some time in the future, I will look back at this blog entry and say I was a fish here aswell :)

At the moment I kind of feel like the king of the world playing poker, almost as I can't loose if I play my A-game. This is a very dangerous mindset to have I think, and I'm really afraid that I'm gonna stop running so hot fairly soon and enter a downswing. Not sure how I would handle that, given that recently I'm getting used to book a solid win approximately every day.. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I should start preparing mentally for a losing streak, as I think it has to come sooner or later..

Thought I should post this nice hand:

http://www.pokerhand.org/?2524221

I really think I played this hand to perfection.. The flop is obviously the nuts, and I bet fairly big hoping he'll come along. The turn doesn't really change the bord texture, and I check after thinking for a few seconds, hoping he thinks I'm giving up, as it seems like a bad card to continue bluffing with.. When he bets I'm not sure what I think he has, maybe a king, a weakish draw, possibly even the last ten, or just a random hand that he decided to float me on the flop with. I really don't think he expected to get check raised on the turn, and he called pretty quickly. Now I'm 98% sure he has a king, and I'm shoving any river.. The river I think is perfect for me, as it kind of polarizes my range. Would I make the shove with AK? Probably not.. I think that he thinks it doesn't make any sense for me to shove that river, unless I picked up a flush draw on the turn and got there on the river (but don't think I would have checkraised the turn then).. So in his eyes, my line looks very weird, and I think he's having difficulties putting me on a hand.. He calls after thinking for about 10 seconds, which is nice :)

So as my entry title says, I am running good... Very good I think.. April has by far been the best month of my life, even though I haven't played that much. Booked 13000 hands NLHE and 10000 hands PLO. Profit so far the month is 6,9k at NLHE and 8,5k at PLO. A couple of days ago, I started to add a 2/4 table to my games as well.. I now definitely have the roll for it (well above 60 BI), and do feel ready. One thing I am noticing when moving up through the levels, is how much I'm affected by the fact that everything is doubled up. Every bet I make is twice as high as it would have been on the level below, and I can lose/win twice as much on each hand. And for some reason this has a phsycological effect on me, which makes me not play my A-game. Is this only me? I need to feel really comfortable with the limits I play at, and that can only come from playing. So instead of switching completely from 1/2 to 2/4, I'm gonna replace one 1/2-table with a 2/4-table every day. Let's say I play 10 tables; first day nine 1/2, one 2/4, second day eight 1/2, two 2/4 and so on. I think/hope this will make the transition easier.

I'm trying to work out what the optimal preflop numbers for PLO are. I know I am way to lose, but at 1/2 I get away with it, and pretty much run over the tables. In april I run at 38/27, but these numbers lie as they are not only 6-max, but also HU is included. Would imagine my 6-max numbers is more like 32/25 or something. Think I will have to change this as I'm afraid it won't work as well on the limits above 1/2... Does anyone have an opinion on this? What do you guys think is good preflop numbers PLO 6-max?

In NLHE 6-max I to play approximately 22/19 or something, but I don't worry too much about this numbers. But must admit that it tilts me a bit that I can't get pokertracker to separate between 6-max and HU, which totally screws up my numbers.. Is this because I play at iPoker? Or are my settings wrong?

Anyways, I'm off to hit the tables for a bit.
