DamnRinger is a Full-Ring SSNL/MSNL Grinder who plays professionally.  He's a popular CR Coach and released his debut instructional video last month at CardRunners.  Today he shares his secrets on his pre-session routine, his celebrity crush, and why he would bathe in quarters.

My worst habit is:
Viciously gnawing my fingernails every spare second I get

I’d want my last meal to be:
Anything my mom makes. She's an amazing cook.

The readers would be surprised to learn that:
I don't like live poker with strangers unless I can drink heavily. Also I dislike casinos and pit games. Some gambler I am, right?

My top 3 favorite movies are:
Donnie Darko, Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Wedding Crashers. I'm sure there's way more that could fall into that category but I'm feeling funny and mysterious today.

My celebrity crush is:
Sloane from Entourage. Or Minka Kelly.

The most surprising song on my iPod is:
Owl City - Fireflies ... I'm a sucker for anything that sounds like Postal Service.

The TV Shows I DVR are:
South Park, True Blood, Daily Show, Friday Night Lights, Entourage, Family Guy, House and sadly Glee when my girlfriend is staying over.

My largest personal indulgence is:
Golf probably. I'm a sucker for really nice courses.

The coolest place I’ve traveled to is:
Probably one of the national parks in the west. They are awesome but I'm doing Oktoberfest this year so I'm sure this answer will change soon.

I drive a:
2007 Mazda 3. I love it and would recommend. I'm not a car person tho.

The top 3 items on my ‘bucket-list’ include:
Playing Augusta National, seeing a Bengals Superbowl victory live (sadly that won't happen), and play in a WSOP event (I just haven't gotten around to that one).

If I could go back in time and witness one single event, it would be:
Probably go back and see Jesus first hand and see if he really lived up to all the hype.

Favorite Drink at a Bar is:
Bourbon. And it isn't close.

The talent that I don’t possess that I wish to have is:
I wish I could sing. I've taught myself to play a ton of instruments but I really wish I could sing on top of that.

The biggest pot of poker I’ve ever played was:
2.4k. It wasn't exciting. I pride myself on never going too far above my head in stakes so that's as big as my pots get.

If I could switch shoes for a day, I’d want to be:
Durrrr. It's sappy but it's definitely what I strive for and I'd just like to know even for a day what it'd be like to be so feared on the felt.

Can you describe your computer setup:
I can send ya a picture later when i get home but, it's 2 24in monitors and a standard computer. Thinking of upgrading to 30s soon. 

If I could implement any one change to an online poker room, it would be:
The BS USA laws and the stigma they create for the game. I think the game would be amazing if it was never "banned". Also maybe required manners from professionals. Guys are such jerks to fish sometimes.

My most memorable day in poker was:
The night I won $67 in a Paradise Poker freeroll with like 3k people in it. It is still the reason I've never deposited online. Beating that many people at anything rules.

My biggest attribute at the poker table is:
Patience and bankroll management. Unfortunately that doesnt give me a rush since I never play above my head.

If I could re-choose my poker screen name, I would have made it:
Anything but the one I have. I got told I had the reggiest screen name on Full Tilt which I think is a lie but I'm close. I'd probably take something like "blackjackbob21".

The largest amount of cash I’ve ever held in my hand is:
30k and sadly it wasn't my money. A long standing dream of mine though... I would like to stack Phil Hellmuth for like 5k+ and go get that money in quarters.  I'd fill a tub and take a bath in his money and of course start a 2p2 thread. 

What was your biggest losing day and what was going through your head afterwards:
2.2k and my thought was "that was so quick I can make it out before last call". I then met my friends and got hammered for $30.

Can you describe your typical day as you prepare to grind a session out?
Just troll tables and wait for good tables. Or just play if I'm bored. Always take the pre-session dump too. I hate getting mid-session then losing the dynamic cause I gotta poop. Just saying...

My biggest poker pet peeve is:
Regs who sit at tables I'm starting to my direct left and sit out while waiting for a full table. Stakntoknz... I'm talking to you. 

If I never found poker, I’d likely be an:
A civil engineer like I was before I started making real money at this game.

My favorite prop bet that I play regularly is:
What does Johnny Lodden think. And its not close. That game is amazing.

When you are sensing or feeling tilted, what do you do to unwind/relieve the anger?
Alcohol or Call of Duty. Orrrrr both at the same time.
